In 1994, Hamish Lindsay recorded this interview with Terence (Terry) Kierans on a DAT (Digitial Audio Tape format) tape.

It seems to have been recorded in Canberra.

The recording ends abruptly, though perhaps Terry felt that was an appropriate place to stop as he recalled the devastation of the loss of the Apollo 1 crew.

The tape was digitised by Colin Mackellar in June 2024.

Terry Kierans (left) with Ken Lee (apparently in training for Honeysuckle) at the new Apollo console at Carnarvon.

This frame from the film The Vital Link (from 18:45) may have been filmed during Network Simulation 2, in October 1966, when Church Lewis (out of frame to the left) was back in Carnarvon.

In May 1966, Ken travelled from Honeysuckle, which was under construction, and spent some time learning the USB system at Carnarvon, though it unclear that Chuck Lewis was also at Cranarvon at this time.
